Regular Backups

We ensure the data safety by using an automated backup system.

  • Portal database backups are performed automatically on a daily basis.
  • The automated backup system stores five latest backups.
  • The backup files are stored in three different locations.

You can also export and download your content in a human readable format if your backup policy requires. This export process can be automated using the ClickHelp REST API, so your systems can create the backups on a regular basis. This also means that you can switch from ClickHelp to any other tool at any moment keeping all your data.
