Hide Publication from Publication Lists

In ClickHelp, you can hide your publication from publication lists that are shown:

• on the Portal Home page (if you use the {{PUBS}} placeholder);
• on the Search page;
• on the left sidebar of the Clear Sky template;
• in the version selector that's in the topic header.

 Here is how you can do it:

• Open Projects page.
• Click the three vertical dots button, then click Settings.
  
  
• The Basic Settings page will open.
• Scroll down and check the Hide from publication lists checkbox. Then click Save Changes.
  
  

As you may have noticed, we did it for the project, so when you publish it, the publication will be hidden automatically. If you want to hide an existing publication, do the following:

• Click the three vertical dots button that's under the publication name, then click Settings.
  
• Scroll down and check the Hide from publication lists checkbox. Then click Save Changes.
